1 Acceptance of terms
By accessing revopeptideslab.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.
2 Research use only
All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and development. They are not for human or animal consumption, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. The buyer assumes full responsibility for safe handling, lawful use, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
3 Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher or institution to purchase. By ordering, you confirm you meet these requirements and will use the products only for legitimate research.
4 Orders & payment
Product display is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. A contract forms when we confirm or ship your order. We accept Cash App, Apple Pay, Zelle, cryptocurrency and bank transfer — we do not accept credit or debit cards. Prices are in USD and exclude shipping unless stated. We may decline any order at our discretion.
5 Shipping
We ship within the USA, usually dispatching same-day for orders placed before 2 PM ET. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier, where permitted by law.
6 Returns & refunds
Because products are research materials, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or do not match their Certificate of Analysis. Contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
7 Limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is" for research. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revo Peptides Lab is not liable for any misuse, or for indirect or consequential damages. The buyer is solely responsible for proper handling and lawful use.
8 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Revo Peptides Lab operates. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
